AI Content & Accuracy
Important Notes About AI-Generated Content:
- AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
- Recommendations are based on general health principles, not personalized medical advice
- Results are not guaranteed and may vary significantly by individual
- We continuously improve our AI models but cannot guarantee perfection
- AI analysis should supplement, not replace, professional guidance
Account & Data
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
- You may delete your account and data at any time through app settings
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts for terms violations
- Your personal data belongs to you and is handled according to our Privacy Policy
Content Storage & Backups
- No Backup of Local Images: We do not back up or retain copies of images that remain stored locally on your device.
- User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your local images and content.
- No Restoration: If images stored locally on your device are deleted (by you or your device's operating system), we cannot restore them.
- No Liability for Local Content: We are not responsible for any loss, deletion, corruption, or failure to store any content, including images stored locally on your device.
- Uploaded Content Retention: For any content you choose to upload, retention and deletion practices are governed by our Privacy Policy. Photos may be retained for a short duration in limited testing contexts for app and service enhancement and then permanently deleted. Voice audio is deleted immediately after processing.
Intellectual Property
- Laki app and content are protected by copyright and trademark laws
- You retain rights to your personal data and content
- We retain rights to our AI models, algorithms, and app functionality
- You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission
Termination
We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.
Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time through the app settings.
Limitation of Liability
Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of this Terms and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You for the Service or $100 USD if You haven't purchased anything through the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service), even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Health-Related Limitation:
We are not liable for health decisions made based on app content. You acknowledge that:
- Health decisions are your personal responsibility
- You will consult healthcare professionals for medical advice
- Our AI recommendations are educational, not medical
- Individual results and reactions may vary
"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer
The Service is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to the Service.
Without limitation to the foregoing, the Company provides no warranty or undertaking, and makes no representation of any kind that the Service will meet Your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible or work with any other software, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards or be error free.
No Warranties Regarding:

- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Compatibility with all devices or systems
- Freedom from viruses or harmful components

Pricing & Subscription Terms
Apple In-App Purchase Terms
All premium subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed exclusively through Apple In-App Purchase (IAP) system. By making any purchase, you agree to Apple's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy in addition to these Terms.
Pricing Structure
- All pricing is displayed in your local currency within the app
- Prices may vary by region and are subject to local taxes and fees
- Current pricing tiers and features are clearly displayed at point of purchase
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice through Apple
Payment Processing
- All payments are processed securely through Apple's In-App Purchase system
- You authorize Apple to charge your Apple ID payment method
- Payment processing is subject to Apple's standard terms and security measures
- Subscription fees are billed in advance based on your selected billing cycle
Price Changes & Notifications
We reserve the right to modify pricing for our services. Any price changes will be communicated through:

Subscription Management & Cancellations
- Subscriptions auto-renew according to your selected billing cycle
- Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds for partial billing periods per Apple's standard policy
- Unused portions of free trial periods are forfeited upon cancellation
Refunds & Billing Disputes
- All refund requests must be processed through Apple's standard refund policy
- Contact Apple Support directly for billing disputes or refund requests
- We cannot directly process refunds for Apple In-App Purchases
- Annual subscriptions may be eligible for prorated refunds through Apple's discretion
Promotional Offers & Free Trials

- Promotional periods automatically convert to regular pricing unless cancelled
- Each Apple ID is eligible for promotional offers only once unless specified otherwise
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotional offers at any time
Regional Availability
Subscription availability and pricing may vary by region based on Apple's App Store policies and local regulations. Some features may not be available in all regions.
Updates & Changes
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
Disputes Resolution
If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company at Support@aigensys.tech.
Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Waiver
Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not affect a party's ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter.
